Instyle Hair Extensions offer FREE shipping to you with all purchases, Australia wide.
All hair is express posted from Melbourne, Victoria in Australia within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days. During COVID restriction times and border closes, this time may vary by a few extra days. Please allow up to 7 days in total.
All order are sent express via Australia post.
REFUND / RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days, is in its original packaging, and remains in a condition that can be sold. Product must be new, unworn, and unaltered. (Products showing signs of obvious wear, missing parts of a set, or not in its original packaging, will be immediately rejected.)
Upon inspection, the product is determined defective by Instyle Hair Extensions within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all hair has been inspected for damage or faults before shipping is sent to customer.
Once approved within 48 hours of your return/refund request, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Store credit towards another product.
2. Exchange for a different item.
3. Refund for product (minus $19.95 re-stocking fee admin)
HOW TO RETURN:
- Choose a carrier of your choice and keep a tracking number.
- Please package and include a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase.
